Please fill out the adoption application below

To ensure our puppies go to a nice and loving environment and to ensure the well-being of our puppies, we ask that you please fill out this application if you’re interested in reserving or adopting a puppy.

After this form is filled out, we will review it and if we feel you are a good fit, we will respond with an email (usually within 12 hours) to let you know what your next steps are.

 We occasionally have listed available puppies ready to adopt sooner. Please review our adoption process before filling out this form.

Training Program

Our training program is specifically designed for Dachshunds, and available exclusively through cutedachshundpupps.com. Training begins when your puppy is 8-weeks old. Your puppy learns to proficiently obey the following commands of SIT, DOWN, STAY, COME, and will walk respectfully on a leash at your side. House training basics are also established. The cost of training is $1,500 for 3 weeks, or $2,400 for 5 weeks.

This deposit is refundable (minus 8% processing) up until you choose a puppy and will be credited towards your puppy purchase.
Our puppies are intended to be loved family pets and not for breeding. We only accept applications from those that honor this agreement and spay/neuter their dog by the time that they are one-year old.
